Chas Sankey Fraser Optometrists is now under new ownership. After many years of practice ownership, Alan Twiddle is eventually embarking on the journey of retirement. The new female owners, Lauren Hess and Abby Ussher will be taking over the reins at Chas Sankey from February 2024, while continuing to work alongside Alan. Both Abby & Lauren bring a wealth of experience, dedication, and a commitment to continuing the tradition of providing exceptional eye care to our community.

Abby and Lauren’s vast scope of practice is reflected by their therapeutic qualifications, meaning they are able to prescribe medications for the eyes, they can offer a large range of services. They are able to provide emergency eye treatment, dry eye examinations, treatments and managements, foreign body removal, myopia control and eye disease co management such as for diabetes, glaucoma and macula degeneration.
